Albermohn Rouge «Half moon»
Like its close neighbor in white, this wine is the expression of its place. This beverage comes from shallow soil with roots limited to the first 40 cm, blocked by calcium carbonate precipitation (active limestone). The feeling of slow cooking at the end of summer, the aromatic concentration of the berries, and the heat emanating from the limestone pebbles on the surface. The lack of water is quickly felt. On the palate, its expression is more subtle, a maturity expressed by aromatic density, spicy, peppery, and a touch of licorice recognizable among thousands. Silky tannins but firm in their imprint and structure.
