Alsace – Pinot Noir

Sourced from cool hillside plots in Rosheim and Rosenwiller, these rich clay soils express the generous, fruit-forward character of the Pinot varietal. A “short” six-month aging period was chosen to ensure depth and complexity while preserving freshness, as this wine has a lighter tannic structure than the Albermohn Rouge.
