Westerberg «Mountain of the West»
This plot, located 500 meters from Albermohn, is its complete opposite: stones, a primary silty horizon, deep roots. Seemingly the warmest and most arid terroir, in the glass, it becomes the freshest, most intense, and salivating expression of limestone. On the palate: a slight astringency from the acidity, highlighting the horizontality! The opposition of textures: Salivation on fluidity, a palate caressed by the grain of the silts. The deep sands of this location allow for water resurgence during dry periods and maintain this level of freshness!
